Velisha Haddox was appointed the Bureau Chief of Human Resources and began working for the County in February, 2016.  She is responsible for directing the operation of all Services provided by the Bureau of Human Resources.  Services provided by the Bureau of Human Resources include Talent Acquisition, Classification and Compensation, Training, Personnel Services, Labor Relations, Compliance, Policy, Human Resource Information Systems and Equal Opportunity Office,
