Cook County offers discounted parking to residents visiting County facilities in downtown Chicago.

Discounted parking rates are offered at the Clark & Lake Self-Park garage located at 200 N. Clark St., Chicago, IL 60601.

There are two ways residents can take advantage of the discounted parking rates, either by using the iParkit app or in-person at the validator machine.

    Rates using the iParkit app:

    0 - 3 hours | $12 ($9.60)
    3 - 12 hours | $16 ($12.80)
    12 - 24 hours | $18 ($14.40)

    Residents receive 20% off their first five stays. Prices shown in parenthesis above.

    To automatically receive a discounted rate at this location, follow the steps below. No reservation is required.

    1. Download the iParkit app from the Apple App or Google Play Store and create an account.
    2. Enter your debit/credit card info.
    3. In the accordion menu in the top left, choose 'express pass' to open QR code. This will allow you to scan in/out of garage. You will be charged according to the rates above.
    4. For assistance, press the HELP button at the exit gate.

    Rate using the validator for up to 24 hours | $18

    Residents who do not have a smartphone or the iParkit app can receive a discounted rate by following the steps below.

    1. Scan parking ticket at the County’s validator machine located at the Sheriff’s kiosk in the lobby of 118 N. Clark St., Chicago, IL 60602.
    2. Insert validated ticket at pay station in lobby of garage and make payment before exiting.
    3. For assistance, press the HELP button at the pay station in the garage lobby or at the exit gate.
