The Housing Authority of Cook County provides affordable housing to approximately 13,000 low income families through its Low Income Public Housing and Housing Choice Voucher programs.HACC owns and maintains about 2,018 public housing units and provides Housing Choice Voucher rental assistance to over 11,600 families.
