Contest Your Parking Ticket Online

You have 28 days from the date that a parking ticket is issued or 14 days from the date of the second notice to contest online. No penalties will be assessed while your case is being reviewed.

Once a ticket has been contested online, you may not resubmit it for another review either in writing or in person. 

You will receive a judgment on your online contest within 15 days. It will be emailed to the address you provide. Should you have questions please contact the Cook County Department of Administrative Hearings at 312.603.2120.
