Awards and Recognition

The Department of Real Estate Management received recognition through the 2020 Landmarks Illinois Richard H. Driehaus Foundation Preservation Award for Adaptive Reuse. This award recognizes the work to preserve this landmark Beaux-Arts building and revive the site to a mixed-use complex. Learn more about the award here:

The Harrison Square project also received recognition from the Associated Builders and Contractors, Illinois Chapter. This project was awarded the 2020 Excellence in Construction Awards for its historical renovation, compressed schedule, operational safety, extensive participation by minority- and women-owned firms, and opportunities for individuals with barriers to employment.
