Cook County Procurement Code
The new Cook County Procurement Code was unanimously approved by the Cook County Board of Commissioners at the September 7, 2011 Board Meeting.
The New Procurement Code will improve the efficiency, enhance procurement process transparency, facilitate the implementation of best practices, maximize value, and facilitate participation by MWBE certified firms.
