<h2>Writing and Publishing While Keeping Your Day Job</h2><p>(New Date) Friday, December 2,&nbsp;2016, 12:15 p.m.</p><p><br />Speaker: Laura Caldwell</p><p><br />Ms. Caldwell, author of 14 novels (including her recent, &ldquo;The Dog Park&rdquo;) and one non-fiction book will share her experiences writing and publishing while remaining an active practicing lawyer.</p><p>Ms. Caldwell is a former trial lawyer now a professor at Loyola University Chicago School of Law and founder and director of the &ldquo;Life After Innocence&rdquo; project.&nbsp; Her works have been published in over 22 countries and translated into more than 13 languages.</p><p>This event is part of the Attorney/Author Lecture Series, co-sponsored by the Chicago Bar Association Creative Writing and Law &amp; Literature Committees and hosted by the Cook County Law Library.</p><p>This event is free and open to the public. 1 CLE Credit Hour.</p>
