<p>The Cook County Law Library presents: Looking for Waldo? How a Chatbot Can Help You Connect to Legal Resources</p><p>Chatbots are computer programs which conduct a conversation with a user. Presenters will demonstrate how using a chatbot can increase access to justice by guiding low or moderate income self-represented litigants to legal resources in Cook County's First District.
