Cook County is Looking for Residents to Serve on the Employee Appeals Board

The Housing Authority of Cook County (HACC) will be accepting applications for its site-based wait list for studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom project-based voucher (PBV) units at the Country Club Hills Wellness Center (CCHWC) located at 4411 Gatling Blvd in Country Club Hills, IL 60478. The CCHWC is a permanent supportive housing community serving the homeless. To be eligible for the CCHWC, applicants MUST meet the federal definition of homeless under the HEARTH Act. Applications will be available for download beginning Wednesday, May 8, 2013 at 10:00 am on the Country Club Hills Wellness Center website. Completed applications will be accepted on Friday, May 10, 2013 from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm only at the Country Club Hills Wellness Center. Applications submitted before 10:00 am and after 1:00 pm will be rejected. A limited number of one bedroom units will be available for immediate occupancy. Applicants not processed for these units will be placed on the wait list for future vacancies.
