A winter storm system could dump several inches of snow across Cook County. Snowfall is expected to begin between 5 – 7 p.m. today and change to freezing rain between 9 – 11 p.m.

The Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways has closed roadways due to flooding from heavy rainfall.
