ADA Title II Transition Plan
In accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Cook County Department of Transportation and Highways (DoTH) has developed an ADA Transition Plan to serve as a guide to further the goals and initiatives set forth in the Connecting Cook County Long Range Transportation Plan by prioritizing pedestrian travel, promoting equal access as well as maintaining and modernizing existing facilities within the public right-of-way.
