The Economic Development Division of the Cook County Department of Planning and Development (DPD) manages programs designed to help businesses grow, expand and create jobs.

Programs include:

Eligible applicants vary by program and include public, private and nonprofit organizations; businesses and business owners; and municipalities. 

NOTE: Some Cook County economic development funding for programs and projects is restricted to suburban Cook County. Additional requirements and restrictions also apply.
