Lincoln Highway Logistics Corridor Strategic Plan
Completed in August 2018, the Lincoln Highway Logistics Corridor Strategic Plan analyzed how industrially zoned sites in Chicago Heights, Ford Heights, and Sauk Village could be developed for businesses that are dependent on rail or truck service for shipping inputs or finished products. DoTH and its partners identified six priority redevelopment sites and produced a strategic plan describing the types of industries best suited for the Lincoln Highway Logistics Corridor and how stakeholders can position these sites to attract new companies.

Lincoln Highway Industrial Corridor Brochure
In April 2019, the Lincoln Highway stakeholders published a marketing brochure to promote the corridor to prospective industrial real estate brokers, developers, and end users. The brochure also includes one-page summaries of the priority development sites, which profile the site size, ownership, transportation and utility access, environmental condition, and other key criteria.
