Cook County Tourism Alive is a $10 million program that supports the tourism and hospitality industry in suburban Cook County.

Investments in the program go toward:
- Supporting the five suburban convention and visitors bureaus (CVBs) in Cook County
- Developing Outside Chicago, an initiative promoting outdoor activities in suburban Cook County
- Developing a campaign called This is Your Wake Up Call, which supports awareness for career opportunities in tourism and hospitality through hiring events and other efforts
- Participating in a regional tourism initiative called Visit Chicagoland

The five CVBs that are part of Cook County Tourism Alive are:
- Chicago's North Shore CVB
- Chicago Southland CVB
- Meet Chicago Northwest
- Rosemont CVB
- Visit Oak Park
