For Residents
I need support paying rent and/or utilities
If you live in suburban Cook County, our Emergency Rental Assistance program may be able to help you get up to 18 months of rent and/or utilities payments.
I need legal help because of eviction, foreclosure or debt
Are you being evicted or dealing with unresolved debt? Are you behind on mortgage or property tax payments? You may be eligible for FREE legal help.
For Businesses
My business is struggling because of the impact of the pandemic
We are here to help you keep your doors open and help you grow your business. Cook County’s Small Business Assistance Program will help you access available small business grants and address pressing needs with free business advising and webinar programs.
