Commuter Benefit

Regardless of how you get to work, the Commuter Benefits Program lets you pay for your eligible transit expenses and work-related parking expenses through automatic, pre-tax payroll deductions. Ordering is handled directly through Optum Financial either online or over the phone. You can request that funds be deposited into your Ventra account or onto a Edenred Commuter card, or that a monthly transit pass to be mailed to your home.

You can enroll, change your product or funding amount, or cancel at any time. Orders must be submitted by the 10th of the month for the following month. Just visit www.optumfinancial.com or call 1-844-284-6267. Representatives are available 24 hours per day, seven days per week.

Discount Parking for Cook County Employees/Agencies

Discounted daily or monthly parking options are available to Cook County employees working or traveling to downtown Chicago.
